Get a player's or team's hole-by-hole scorecard

Returns one rounds entry per round, each with its hole-by-hole rows and the tee and handicap that applied in that round.

Read the handicap fields from rounds[], not from the top level. The top-level copies are deprecated: they hold the FIRST round's values, which on a multi-round event is not the event-wide figure. Where a number for the whole event is wanted, sum rounds[].teamPlayingHandicap (or rounds[].playingHandicap) across the rounds.

This matters most when rounds differ — a league playing two nines across two nights, or a tournament moving to a second course — because the strokes given genuinely change between them.
