List the field for an event

GET 
/orgs/:orgSlug/events/:eventSlug/players

Returns registered players. For team events, isTeamEvent is true and the field is grouped under teams, each with its name and members.

Each player carries playerId and userId. playerId is the same id the leaderboard rows use, so a client can join this list to a leaderboard — mapping every score to its team — without matching on player names.

Only players in the registered status are listed, and for a team event the teams come from the FIRST round's primary competition.
